Working on the migration of a large scale order management system from mainframe to an event-based microservices architecture. Software architect of one Scrum team, developing several bounded contexts, DDD design, code reviews, system and API design, development of technical concepts and guidelines.

Steering and development of the overall technical architecture of the application landscape, architecture management, development of technical concepts and guidelines for other developers, further development of the software factories, maintenance of the technology stack, selection and evaluation of new technologies, steering & support of the technical designers of the subprojects, review of technical system designs and change requests, code reviews of particularly critical points, strategic further development of internal methodologies and associated systems on technical infrastructure, virtualization, build infrastructure, code quality and project management.

Coordination of project content with customer side, preparation of estimates, contracts and offers, team and schedule planning, conception and design of the application systems, steering of the team, review of change requests, sprint planning, further development of internal agile project approach.

Developing and testing parts of the appliction, developing a complex batch that feeds large amounts of data into the registry. Developing comparison rulebases for parallel operation of the migration, implementing and testing many smaller batch applications, further development of the proprietary batch framework.
